crockpot chicken marsala

thinking of making this today:  http://recipes.tysworld.com/index.php?m=recipes&a=view&recipe_id=627  i see it gets four instead of five stars.  any advice, adjustments, or additions?

  • I made it this week.  I would add more than one container of mushrooms, and I would use a regular sized package of chicken breasts.  I made it with the thin cut breasts and they were wayyyyyyyyy overcooked.  It has great flavor and is a good, quick and easy crockpot meal, however, I prefer regular chicken marsala. I doubled the sauce ingredients to have enough to toss with pasta also...
  • I've made it in the past and found it to be very dry.  I used boneless skinless chicken breasts.
