It seems Friday is better for everyone. I was down 3 lbs last night at WW for a total of 7 lbs. 22 lbs to go!
What's this worst thing you ate this week? For me, it was the amazing berry crepes I had for lunch at iHop today.
What are your trigger foods? Mine is definately any kind of chips and dip. I will eat a whole bag of chips and an entire container of dip in one sitting! Can not keep any of that in my house!

I finally lost a pound. I need to lose 5 more.
We made the mistake of making peanut butter cookies one night this week. I couldn't keep my hands out of them. They were so friggin good!!! They are gone now thank goodness.
My trigger foods are salty snacks like chips. We never have chips in this house unless we are entertaining.
I lost 3lbs after a gain last week. woohoo!
my trigger foods are carbs! we had rice tonight and I could have had a whole plate of it. I stopped myself though. it took a lot. lol.
