Who wants to pick my next hair do?

So I finally made an appt to get my hair done. I havent touched it since July and its gross. The layers are grown out, I have roots like you wouldnt believe and honestly I just dont know what to do with it..

So heres a picture of me(dont mind the ugly tshirt) what would you do ?????

I like the length your hair is now. How did you like this hairstyle before the layers grew out? If you liked it, I would simply have the layers redone, maybe with some shorter lengths to frame your face and color it. I would go a touch darker, maybe like this picture, but with the high and low lights more blended:

I agree with Allie. I think you should have them do the layers again and go darker.

Are you against bangs at all? I personally think everyone can look good with bangs, if done right I'm a fan because I think bangs can give a 'polished' look, even if nothing else fancy was done to the hair (daily styling speaking).

Maybe some long-ish side sweeping (these are a little too 'in your face' but something kind of like this)?

or I like this bang' too...
