Made some easy breadsticks...
I wanted some bread with supper, but didn't have anything but white bread. So, I googled "quick & easy bread" and found this recipe for breadsticks. I just made them plain, but with a little bit of EVOO instead of the butter, but they turned out pretty good. Really, they tasted a lot like biscuits. Anyway, with some garlic salt they'd be great with lasagna or something.
But I think next time, I'll make them into buns instead of sticks.

It really didn't take any time at all to make them. Maybe 15 minutes of prep and 15 minutes to bake.
