Where do you get your cloth diapers and the supplies for them?
I'm operating under the assumption that someone is throwing us a shower at some point in the next 3 months, and I'm hoping to find a good website/store to register for gift cards at the very least.
Re: CDs and supplies
There are lots of places. I registered at Nells Natural Baby. I would say my overall experience was okay. But I haven't really been back, although I may put in an order with them again soon - just cause they have the bundle package I want.
There is also the Maine Cloth Diaper (maineclothdiaper.com) that people I know have used and we actually got a gift from there. I love that they carry blueberries (my weak spot in baby diapers).
So far my favorite is babeology.com. I have had a great experience there and they have a great 12 diaper 20% off discount. And they carry my fav. blueberries. But, unfortunately, Thirsties has come out with some new cute prints and they aren't carrying them right now, so that's why I'm looking elsewhere.
Also, there is kellyscloset, which usually has great deals, free shipping, etc.
Good luck!
I bought my BG's at Maine Cloth Diaper Company in Damariscotta. I bought a few Flips there too and bought most of my GroVia/GroBaby through Bumrite Diapers and Diaper Junction. I've had good customer service with the two online places and Christy at MCDC is pretty great.
I use CA Baby for cream and get that right at Target.
There is also Central Street Farmhouse in Bangor and they have some CD's but there selection isn't huge.
everythingbirth.com is based out of falmouth maine.
i ordered from cottonbabies.com.
the diaperpin.com gives you a rundown of current deals and coupons. it will help you shop around for deals.
are you going to the cd workshop at noggin on feb 10th?
No, unfortunately, my job makes me go to work during the day... dumb jerks.
I saw that and was so excited, until I realized it's a Thursday morning. I have a friend I grew up dancing with who is having a CD party at her house on Feb 12th, but DH made plans for us to visit his brother, so I'm missing out left and right. I am signing up for a workshop at the DiaperLab, though.
I noticed this too. Target has FB's also. I'm just afraid of picking out a system that isn't going to work for us... DH still isn't on board with the whole idea being feasible, but our DCP is willing to do it on her end!
My Wedding Bio! Not updated in a LONG time!
For all of my "stuff" and rental diapers I ordered from Nell's Natural babies. Free shipping and I earned points
Then, when it came time to make the big order I ordered from CottonBabies. I'm glad I did with the BG too b/c their return policy etc is so easy to deal with since they are the makers of BG
