Gah. I love it and I want it but I can't afford it right now. We're spending $10,000 on February 18th and my H would kill me if I bought it!!!

We're closing on our second investment property. We priced out new flooring yesterday and a new bathtub (we're buying a foreclosure that needs some work), and figure we'll actually be dropping about $13k (3k for new floors and misc things). I'm so excited. We got the house for dirt cheap.
