I laughed when I saw this on the website because my husband is from MA and got his drivers license there. Well myself and my friends tease him all the time about being a bad driver so we got a good laugh out of it!
Umm, Maryland drivers rock, what are you talking about!?! lol jk.
Apparently we aren't very good at practicing safe sex either, but I blame the AIDs stat on Baltimore.
