Morning! I got the office painted on Friday, but currently have no lighting in there b/c DH didn't understand me when I told him what to get to hang up my chandelier I re-did for that room. Unfortunately the way I want to re-configure the room with my desk and bookcases won't work b/c the desk is like 3" short. I want DH to build me a new project desk, but he says not until after the bathroom.
Then we bought out HD/Lowes on bathroom stuff, it looks like moen threw up on the dining room table right now, lol.
Yesterday I finished both digital scrapbooks and got them ordered, 2 more things checked off the list. I need to get some more scrapbooking done b/c soon the office will be holding all our furniture and clothes from our room during the remodel. I am not looking forward to all the dust that will occur.

I get to work today and I can't do anything because someone messed up and that's holding up the report I need to start all of my work for the day. I've been up since 3, don't feel good, and just want to cry. I am stuck here till 4:30-5pm.

Good morning! I'm just patiently waiting for Ryan to wake up. I could be sleeping in but one of our cats pounced on my head at 7:30 this morning. Anyone want a free cat?
My weekend was awesome actually. I worked on Friday night (I only work one night a week waitressing) and we were super busy. Greg worked on Saturday morning so Ryan and I went to Old Navy, where everything was 30% off! Greg came home and we went shopping for clothes for him and got cupcakes at the mall. We hung out, made dinner and went to church. Sunday we hung out with his dad's side of the famiily.
It was a really, really nice weekend. Greg and I made a point to spend a lot of time together and talk about everything. He just started his medication about 2 weeks ago and I think we're just starting to see a difference. We both know we have a long road ahead of us but it's really nice to know he's committed and willing to change. And so am I.

For these 2 I used the Creative Memories software and made the books. I will say my mom is a consultant and gives me so much stuff I don't mind ordering them from her online so she gets the credit for the sale.
I have used snapfish before to make books for myself and gifts and those have come out well too.
I'm really a traditional scrapbooker at heart, but these were 2 weekend trips and it was nice to get them done quickly since I am so far behind on my regular books.

That's good to hear that he's willing to change and that the meds are starting to work. It's definitely a step in the right direction.
I completely understand. My dad had internal bleeding, and my mom told me he looked bruised all over, and puffy. Then she asked if I wanted to see him one last time before he was cremated. I declined, I wanted to remember him happy and healthy, not swollen and blue.
I'm glad you got to see old family photos with your grandad though! I love looking through ours. I do it on a weekly basis. Bittersweet memories.
