As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh Monday and Cramps!!
Happy Monday ladies! I hope everyone is having a fabulous start to the week! I have my first period in 4 years (was on Depo) complete with raging cramps! Woo hoo! I know, TMI but DH doesn't care to hear me whine 
and my dad is staying with us but something tells me he would rather not know either!
Anybody doing anything good this week??

Bleh that sucks. I can't even imagine how bad they are since you haven't had AF for 4 years.
My excitement is finding a lady Dr. so I can find out whhhhhhhhy my sides hurt so bad.

I hear you on the feeling crappy...I have the cold of death....sinus pressure/blocked, runny, cough, loss of voice at times, etc....ughhhhh and im at work
cant WAIT till I have sick time here
