Dinner Menus for this coming week
My menu for this week's dinners - All recipes I've never tried before:
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf
Roast Beef & Cheddar Quiche
Chicken Fried Chicken
Any other suggestions or ideas. I didn't cook all last week - Completely out o character for me.
I'm in desperate need of grocery shopping.
Re: Dinner Menus for this coming week
Our grocery store had a special on taco fixins (buy ground beef, get taco shells, sour cream, cheese, salsa, lettuce, and taco seasoning free), so we'll be having tacos one day.
We have tons of chicken, but I'm not sure what I'll do with it yet. Maybe chicken and dressing in the crock pot, since we have leftover cornbread.
I'm kind of in the mood for pork chops today, but we don't have any.
We made taco pizza last week and it was killer.
I'm looking up stuff to make right now. We still have tons of ground beef and different cuts of steak from our 1/4 steer...need to eat it up before the new calves are market ready.
Definitely making shepherd's pie this week.
We'll have sauteed chicken w/ spinach & ricotta ravioli in an alfredo sauce one night. Maybe w/ garlic bread, with a salad.
Probably Turkey burgers & oven baked fries & salad another.
Chicken sausage & whole wheat pasta maybe another, although 2 pasta nights, not sure. So maybe will have them as subs or pizza form.
Maybe meatloaf or quesadillas another night.
Maybe Chicken parm w/ eggplant quinoa or cous cous; haven't made that in a while.
I'm not sure what we're having. We have some chicken, some steak, and lots of pasta.
What's Winner Winner Chicken Dinner?
