i love erin's Pot Roast
i skip the water and do 8-12oz of guinness and add a few potatoes
wicked good and wicked easy.
Throw the roast and a bag of baby carrots in the crock. I jar of brown gravy, 1 envelope of onion soup mix, 1 cup of OJ. All day in the crock. I serve with mashed.
