yay, I win an ultrasound.....
I had enough of those when I was pregnant!
Saw the doc today for this pain in my abdomen. He's concerned. He wants to rule out an ovarian cyst first, so tomorrow I get to call and schedule a pelvic ultrasound (oooh, lucky me!) hopefully for this week. If that is clear and pain is still there, it sounds like I win a CT scan with contrast.
Lucky me! He's concerned that a cyst should have cleared up or at least gotten less painful with the start of my next cycle but it got worse. So he's worried about an aggravated appendix. Woo hoo.
And in all of this I'm not all that worried (I'll do whatever I am supposed to) except that Jerred is in Indiana next week Monday-Thursday for work. Ugh. And we have no one nearby to us. I mean I could call a neighbor in an emergency but we're all alone up here. Argh.
