how do YOU make chicken parm?
i always get confused with the order.. is it egg THEN flour then breadcrumbs or flour then egg then the breadcrumbs?
other than parmesean cheese, cheddar cheese & sauce, what do you add that makes it extra tasty?

Re: how do YOU make chicken parm?
Yep, flour then egg then breadcrumbs.
I usually just pan fry mine, add in the sauce, let it simmer a few minutes, top with mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. Serve over pasta. Easy Peasy!
