Cleaning & Organizing

How's your pantry organized?
I'm trying to declutter and make my pantry look organized (our house is going on the market). So far I have an area for pasta, jams, condiments. Do you further organize by putting things in bins by category? Do you also keep your spices in your pantry? Pictures would be a plus

I also have deep cabinets, which I HATE. But I have them organized similarly. I sort them by canned and jarred items, condiment/bottles/jams, baking goods, grains (grits, oatmeal, dry cereal), snacks, boxed rices/dinners, seasoning packets, and paper goods. I keep rice, pasta, flour and sugar in canisters on the counter since I use them all the time.
I do keep my spices separately. I put the ones I use the most on the back ledge of my stove (organization experts say not to do this because it makes the kitchen look cluttered, but I think it makes them accessible and makes my kitchen look homey). For refills or rarely used spices, I keep them in a cabinet above the stove.

Our pantry shelves are shaped like an L, maybe 4'x5'. There are 4 of them, spaced maybe 16" apart.
I have large items like trays, my big roasting pan, warming racks (like what you'd use with Sterno) on the floor. I have the dog's food in a big rolling bin that latches closed to keep the food fresh on the floor as well.
The next shelf up I have cans and jars. From left to right, spaghetti sauce, beans - black, red kidney, white, tuna (DH eats tuna practically every day). In the corner of the L on the bottom shelf is pasta and things like stuffing mix. Next to that there's paper products.
The next shelf from left to right has ziplock bags and containers, some unopened jars of spices, and cereal. The L has crackers and cookies, to the right is extra ketchup, mustard, salsa, all my vinegars, oils, and other condiments.
The next shelf up on the left has all the baking goods - cake mix, flour, sugar, Crisco, nuts. The L has canned fruit and to the right is bread, peanut butter, jellies.
On the top shelf is where I keep my electric griddle, food processor and some holiday dishes.
I also have a lazy susan in one corner cabinet where I keep cooking spray, a small bottle of vegetable and evo oils, more flour, some spices, baking powder, baking soda. Then there is a small narrow upper cabinet next to the stove where I keep the majority of my spices.
