I know a few of you use and like protein powder... What kind do you use?
TIA.
Re: Protein Powder?
A, I can go on and on about protein powders. My husband has researched pretty much all the ones on the market and we use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla Milk Shake and Milk Chocolate flavors).
We are big fans of OP for many reasons including: 100% whey and not soy, low to no lactose, great calories, fat, and protein ratio, taste, and quality (some brands have known traces of metals in them).
THANK YOU! I'm definitely looking for 100% whey, non soy, low cal/fat with great taste. I'll check this out.
Also, I've had muscle milk (light) shakes, but never tried the powder (don't love the shakes). I'll have to look the nutrition stats up.
IUI #1 10/12/11 (Bravelle + HCG + Prometrium & acupuncture) = 10/26 BFP! Beta #1=250, Beta #2= 615. 1st u/s 11/8.
ooohhh...where do you get it from? GNC?
It is sold in a lot of health/nutrition stores including GNC. We actually order from online (either www.vitaminshoppe.com or similar shops, amazon, who ever has the best deal) because we order in bulk--the 10lb bags since we use it daily, and the larger the bag, the better the deal!
