I personally think it's fine for a wedding. I have a similar dress with only black designs on it and was considering wearing it to a wedding too. Since it's not mostly white, I think you are good to go.
We had 3 girls at our wedding who wore dresses that had solid white tops and a colored bottom and I honestly didn't think anything of it!

With the print and colors it looks nothing like a wedding dress. So go for it. It is very cute but it may be cold with no sleeves.
