Raynes: Feel better soon dear.
This week I wont be around much between school, work, and parenting classes I'm swamped. Although if this storm is as bad as they say it's going to be that may change.

Re: Good Morning.
Morning ladies!
It's a new month, I am honestly glad January is behind me. Today I have a training from 1-3:30 on the New Window's 7. Then I will probably go home for the day as the storm is supposed to start sometime this morning. Between today and tomorrow they are calling for 14 - 20" of snow. So I may call out tomorrow, we shall see.
Anyway I have a lot to get done this morning, so you all have a great day!
Hello ladies. I'm finishing up lunch and enjoying some choco chip cookies I made last night. Yum. Otherwise pretty normal day here. But I'm thinking of all you ladies back across the pond and hoping the storm doesn't hit you too hard. Stay warm and safe!

Morning. I'm back at work today, but still feeling a bit off. I'm slowly starting to eat again.
I'm super hoping they tell us to stay home tomorrow. Derek most likely will be staying home, as his commute each way would likely be 4 hours, and driving for 8 hours to work for only a few just isn't worth the price of gas.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Morning, all. Quiet so far--there was a notice that we could telework today if we wanted to (for what turned out to be pretty much nothing on our end) and lots of people took up the offer.
Tonight we'll hit our co-op (10% off member day!), go to the gym, and then have a quick dinner. Just hoping the workday goes by fast!
Good morning. I'm at work for a bit but our snow is supposed to start late morning/early afternoon, so I'll probably head home then. My commute is about 20 miles so I don't want to wait too long and then be stuck in town or in a ditch somewhere. Only about half of my office came in today at all, even though we only got a couple of inches last night. I think that they were just staying home in anticipation of what is supposed to happen today.
My aunt works for NBC out of Indianapolis. She got a call from work yesterday that she needed to come into work and pack enough clothes and food to stay there for three days. It seems crazy to me, but I guess when you get a bad storm like this, the one thing that people need is the news so that they know what to expect outside.
Morning, everyone. Hope the weather isn't too bad out there. So far, it's been nothing here, but that is subject to change later today.
I got cross hairs on my chart this morning, so yay! Now we can get back to trying again in a couple of weeks.

everything is covered in a 1/8" of ice.... the major roads are fine, and even the ones in my development that have been salted are ok, but if they haven't been everything is ice....
I finally got in at 10... took my time bc the hwy's were all jammed up (nothing like working for a company specializing in traffic)... I think its supposed to hit again (the freezing rain) around rush hour, so i'll probably leave early. I hate ice. I got hit by someone during an ice storm once bc her brakes locked.... so I'm always especially on edge.
Congrats on the crosshairs rebaaan...

Good Morning. I'm up getting breakfast before my OB appointment this morning. I'm 29 weeks today and its time for me to do the glucose tolerance test which I'm not exactly looking forward to. Yesterday was good. My tooth is fixed and now no longer hurts which is great.
I'm a little frustrated with work as they know I'm tired and need my days off to rest and get caught up on sleep. Yesterday they called 3 times and got one of my friends to text me to try to get me to come in to work. Its just frustrating because they knew I had an appointment. I think the biggest problem is the department that needed covering has 3 people that work over there regularly and only 5 people, other than supervisors and managers, total that are trained for the department. Its time they realize that they need to train more people for the department as all 3 that normally work over there call in constantly.
thanks for the happy thoughts, MO!
I'm super crampy and irritable today. my English class started yesterday (online class), and as much as I love writing, I'm not sure how much I'm going to enjoy analyzing literature. it's just not my thing, I guess.
my boss (dad) is out today, so it looks like I'll be getting paid to get ahead on school work and maybe do a little blogging in between!

I'm one of 4 people in the office today. The other 10 are off skiing at an employee ski day. If you didn't attend the ski day, you either had to work or take leave, which I don't have. So here I sit, listening to Pandora at my desk organizing files, so that the one boss that is here, see's me doing something.
As perfect way to start a new month, we paid off our trip to Africa this morning!
I took today off sick again, these past few days have been miserable. I have had toast, and only toast for the past 3 days. I am hoping that I turn a corner soon and am able to get over this so I can work the rest of this week.
As for snow, I haven't been watching the news but it doesn't seem like we will be getting any, my thoughts and prayers go out to you getting hit by this snowstorm.
Good morning!
Today I have a long day here in school. People right now are going crazy due to the drastic weather change we are getting tonight. For the past few days it has been in the 70s and we are suppose to have weather in the low 20s for three days. Mind you I live far south 30 minutes from the border with Mexico. We are not used to this weather. Some local weather reports are saying we might even get sleet.
Good morning! We had a delayed start today because of the frigid temps. This morning the windchill was 31 degrees below zero! BRRRR!!!
I was crazy busy yesterday trying to get tax stuff together for the company, so I plan to take it easy today.
I've been somewhat MIA too... I was away from the office teaching a workshop all day yesterday and this morning.
Glad it's done. Teaching is exhausting!
I already told my boss that I'm taking a snow day tomorrow. lol.

Hi ladies. I'm having a crappy morning. I didn't get much sleep last night, and I came in late to work. I have a call in to my doctor because in the last 24 hours, baby hasn't moved much, at least not that I can feel. I'm obviously worried, but I don't want to be that person who goes in for every little thing. This has happened before so I'm trying not to freak out, but I'm at the point where movement should be consistent so I can't help but worry. If I don't hear back from the doctor's office after lunch, I'm going to leave early and go to labor and delivery to get checked out. Hope you're all having a better day than me.
I'm thinking about you and keeping my fingers crossed that everything is okay with baby! keep us updated!

Starsailor, sending thoughts and prayers your way.
It is evening now, and I am home after a crazy but productive day at school and a hair appointment. Ed just got home and suggested that we go to see a movie after dinner since we are both taking a snow day tomorrow, so that is exciting! And he brought me home a lender computer so that I can nest tomorrow! YAY!
