Identity - General Personality Profile, the attitude and aptitude test
I am wondering for those in a hiring role who have used this, how does it work with regards to:
Is it bad to have too many "neutral" answers?
Does it specifically look for contridictory answers?
Does the reviewer of the report see what all the answers were for the tester?
Is it typically used to weed out candidates, or is it more commonly used to find out a person's working style to know how to manage him or her?
Any details on what the reviewer sees from the report would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I am wondering about Excel and Word aptitude tests - for those that use these, are scores of 31/35 and 29/35 seen as acceptable? (89% and 83%) I would assume that is dependent on the job role, and of course on the person that makes the hiring decision, but any thoughts in general would be great. There were some pretty advanced things in those tests that I hadn't seen before.
Re: Identity - GPP test, Excel test, and Word test
I actually got the answer (for anyone that is curious) about the Identity - GPP test. The report uses a scale to determine if the answers are low, moderate, or high on various criteria such as adaptability, team work, dependability, etc. I don't know anything about too many neutral answers, but it does have a "candid" section at the end which ranks if the answers contridict each other.
