I've been MIA for waaaay to long!

Hi ladies!!

So sorry I probably seemed to have disappeared of the face of the nest - let me tell you, we've been so busy, I've been so busy!

Life updates: Freddie (DS) is now 10 months, crawling and cruising everywhere! He babbles up a ton and we have lots of Mom/baby friends that we try to hang out with on a regular basis. We had great holidays, but were traveling a lot! that and I'm working freelance both from home and in the studio, plus I started studying to get my real estate license! I'm not sure how that profession is going to fit into everything else, but DH is really hoping/helping that it will work out. We've been trying to lay low on the weekends when possible, relax and stay warm! Speaking of - we have a trip planned this week to Florida to stay with the ILs, but because of the impending storm we had to switch our flights to Friday. Thankfully there was space available on the flight and no fees/charges since our original flight on Wednesday morning was cancelled.

How are you ladies doing? How are all the mini-nesties doing? Anyone have any special plans for our next impending winter storm?

Re: I've been MIA for waaaay to long!

  • Hi Liz! I love that  pic of Freddie.  He is so cute! :-)
  • Sounds like you've been keeping busy! Glad to have you back though. It'll be so nice to get out of this weather and spend some time in FL, I'm excited for you. We're staying in as much as we can. And we're also heading on vacation in 2 weeks to escape all this snow - a cruise for us.
  • Hey Liza! Nice to see you around. I know you are looking forward to that trip to FL. Hope you and the family are alright. DH and I cannot make up our mind where we want to go to get away from this icebox- hence we are stuck here.

We got our BFP last month - finally!! and we are just enjoying each day and taking it as it comes.

Thanks again for the updates and wishing you the best of luck with the RE license.

ETA: Your lil boy is getting big and he is super cute.

  • Welcome back! Freddy is sooo cute and getting sooo big...boy, time sure does fly!

Enjoy your trip to Florida...it's always nice to get of the cold weather...especially this crap weather we've been having.

Nothing too crazy going on here. We too are couped up in the house from all this snow. I can't wait for the Spring to get here!
