OK so here's my kitchen:

I have that "double" window then another one the size of one of those just above the dishwasher (left-most side of the picture).
I don't like the traditional kitchen window curtains like these:

I do like these, but 1) would cut out too much light and 2) ziggy would kill me for the humongo polka dots

SO what should i go with? Only a top tier thing like this?

OR maybe a swag like this (in a better fabric of course)

Whatever i go with, I will probably end up making my own b/c im so indecisive and/or matching items dont come in the sizes that will fit my small and my big window.

RIP Dr. Irving Fishman - 10/1/19-7/25/10 - thank you for holding on for me.
You made my wedding day complete.
No, only black or red with white dots. But id only do black w/ white dots. I like my polka dots traditional. Haha i was really kidding about them, i think id get sick pretty quickly of the huge pattern :P

Kim, I'm a little late on this but I want to say your kitchen looks GREAT! All your hard work renovating the house seems to really be paying off, I love your kitchen!
I really really like the balloon curtains Courtney posted. I think they would be perfect over your windows. The only thing though is it might overtake the window over the D/W because it is smaller and more narrow? Maybe you could do a mix- a balloon curtain over the bigger window over the sink, and a top-tier single over the smaller window (both in the same color/pattern obviously).
Once you decide be sure to take pictures and post!
