Re: QOTD

  • WAY TOO MUCH!

Well, the TV is on most of the time when I am home, but often I am doing other things when it is on.  However, I probably watch 3-4 hours on an average weekday.  This usually includes 45 minutes to an hour and a half when I am running during the winter (I save the shows Ed hates for running...).

  • Nada--we don't own a TV.

I do download shows from iTunes and watch episodes online if a new show seems interesting, though.

  • A lot.  I turn it on when I get home about 6:45 and don't turn it off again until after the news.  Now, I'm usually on the computer at the same time, so it doesn't get my full attention, but if we're home, it's on.

  • We don't watch any regular programming, just NFL football, college bowl games, and maybe the World Series and college basketball NCAA tournament.  Other than that, our tv is only used to watch DVD movies. We don't have a tv in the bedroom.

  • Definitely too much.  I love having the tv on for background noise when I'm doing other things, but I probably watch 4 hours a week worth of shows.

  • A couple hours a week from our DVR. DH refuses to watch anything live. I can think of 7 hours of shows we reocrd a week, but they don't always get watched immediately.

  • We watch way too much television. I would say that Monday thru Friday, on average we watch about 3 to 4 hours of shows each night. On the weekends, it varies depending on whether we are home or not. I would say it's another 12 hours of tv every weekend including baseball or football games.
