Hahaha.  That one made me chuckle especially hard for some reason.

  • My IL's siberian husky hates to be indoors. Once it got so cold they tried to line his dog house with straw and hay to keep him warm, and he tore it all out within 5 minutes.

  • My parents had a Bernese Mtn Dog when I was a kid and she LOVED being outside in the winter.  We'd put her out in the screen porch and she'd just hang until she got bored and would want to come back in.  The colder - the better for her (granted she was built for it.  The fur between the pads of her toes needed clipping in the summer because it grew out and kept her feet warm in the winter and she had TONS of fur!)
  • I know I know, everyone seems to have an anecdote about a dog in their life that likes to be outside.  Boston loves to be outside too but he is primarily an inside dog.  I'm referring to dogs that live outside ALL the time.  If the blip in the original post meant something else, well, then ignore my comment.
