As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I don't think Pam's seen this, so I'll give a quick synopsis for you (if Pamcakes doesn't mind)
Pam sets the schedule with girls who will be a "featured" cookie. While Pam has a theme for every week when she opens the club, the featured cookie is not subject to that theme for their recipes (but of course, they always can choose to follow that posted theme)! A featured cookie can choose to share any recipes that they want -- a full day's worth or a meal from start to finish, a smattering of favorites or recipes that they want to try. A featured cookie's featured recipes can be whatever their little heart desires!
