XP: Anyone taken Zumba?
I was thinking of taking a class and was looking for opinions and possible locations if you live in the latham or surrounding areas.

I love zumba! I take it in two places. One would be closer to you. I go to the court club near Colonie Center on Friday's to Cheryl's class. She's a spanish teacher so she actually tells the class where the moves come from and what they mean. She really works the class too!
I'm sure there are plenty of places up your way that have classes. I believe Golds in Latham does.
