Re: Halfway!
And I think I finally felt movement this morning.
Isn't that awesome! Is your DH dying to be able to feel the baby move? I remember at my 20 week ultrasound being able to feel her kick and seeing it on the screen. It was pretty neat. I felt her move pretty early, and at this point, I feel her quite frequently, especially in my ribs. Will your ultrasound be 3D?
Our baby girl!!
He's being much more patient than me with being able to feel the baby move. Although...he had it in his head that I was only 3 months and therefore a ways away from that when I informed him the other day I was about halfway. I think given the fact that I was a little overweight to start with, it's taking longer to feel.
No...we're not going to do the 3D. I kinda wanted to...but we really don't want to know what we're having before Baby B actually arrives and DH is actually kinda freaked out by the 3D images!
C was so impatient about feeling her move. I think he felt her around week 20. Just wait until your stomach starts moving on its own. I am at the point now where we can feel different body parts at times. We have no clue what we are feeling, but it is quite clear where she is at various times during the day. She is definitely partial to my right side.
And yes, the 3D images can be a little freaky, but it was really neat at the same time. We actually couldn't see that she was a girl during the 3D either. All we could see was her back. She hardly moved at all, except to put her hands over her face when she had enough of us looking at her. lol
Our baby girl!!
Since it's been so easy (i.e. no morning sickness, no complications, etc.) I think I may miss it a little too. I'm kinda liking the clothes (I've been to Destination Maternity a little too much), especially the dresses! So comfy!
