Trying to incorporate more of this into meals but don't really have any good recipes. So how do you ladies prepare it?

Oh my goodness, how funny! We had some tonight. I just cooked it the way the box said, with the addition of a little reduced sodium soy sauce into the water, and a little drizzle of olive oil once it was done. I'd love to see some preparation advice and recipes from others though

sometimes i love the simplicity of just lemon and saffron (salt to taste) but it really has no distinct flavor so you can spice it up with anything you like.

i also use it in my turkey sausage and kale soup yumm...

Just as its finished cooking, I like to add in a whole bunch of fresh chopped spinach, lemon juice, dash of olive oil, some sprinkles of grated romano or parmesan, and sea salt to taste. Cover w/heat off, and the spinach wilts and the cheese melts in a bit. Very tasty!!

I cook it in chicken stock and use it in place of rice. It's also good to add to soups (where I would use rice) and chili (to thicken it and add extra protein/fiber).
