As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WW Weekly Check-in

Another gain. Booo! I'm going to tweak what I'm eating and actually get to the gym consistently this week. If I do those things and don't lose weight I think I'll lose it.

  • I gained .2 over the course of two weeks, but I am okay with that since I was ill-behaved with my points.

    Any tips for eating well on work trips? Or even tracking while traveling? I am going to be gone most of next week. I bought some WW snacks to bring in my suitcase, but I am worried about my meals. And I'm going to be in NYC, so getting fresh fruit won't be easy.

  • I gained .8 .. Kind Of figured it was coming. I wasn't very good at measuring out my food and didn't plan a darn thing. So I came home and made cookies ;) finishing off the week right! Haha

  • I lost 1.4. But I'm two days into this week and already 10 points down on my weekly points. This weather just makes me want to eat cookies and sip hot chocolate. (Which I did last night while watching Legally Blonde Embarrassed.)

    Must drag my butt to the gym today...
