Weight loss check in?

Is anybody else still trying to lose weight?

Weigh in was this evening & I lost 2.2 lbs.  Hopefully this is a trend and I will continue to lose again....  Cool

  • I don't do weekly weight checks, though once summer comes and I find time to work out I should start again. 

    I posted about this yesterday, but I'll put it here too.

    But I am down a total of 15lbs since Oct.  I am now able to fit into pants that I haven't worn in 2yrs.  I was quite happy about that.

    I'm hoping to lose another 15lbs by the end of the summer.  That would put me back in my ideal weight where I spent most of HS and College.

  • I am back on track, my weigh in day is Friday though.
  • Congrats on the losses!  I've lost 5 lbs in the last 3 weeks, I weigh in on Fridays.  It's embarrassing how much baby weight I still have to lose :/

  • I am!  Determined to lose weight before vacation this summer.

    I have a large amount to lose (50 lbs-ish) and it's hard to find the motivation in the winter.  But I've broken it down into five pound increments to make it seem less daunting.  I'm on track to have lost my first five pounds at weigh-in on Friday, if I keep doing well.

    My current strategy is to limit carbs and up my protein.

  • I go to the gym but really need to change my diet. Some days I feel like I lost weight, but the scale says no. I write this after I just ate a brownie.

  • as of this morning i am officially down 11. i usually weigh in on tuesdays (i do ww) but i gave myself an extra day b/c of the beer festival.

  • Actually today is weigh in day for me, we have another group over on MM.

    I am down again this week!  I forgot to put last week's weight in my BB, but I'm down at least .5lb, which I will take considering I've was PMSing over the weekend and had a bit too much ice cream.

    I've been really tracking my weight with sparkpeople and loaded up on fruits and veggies this weekend at the grocery store.  I make myself snack on clementines and carrots w/hummus and I feel better knowing I'm full from from good stuff.

    I'm hoping to be down to the next set of 10s on the scale by the end of the month and hopefully be down at least 15lbs when we leave on our cruise in April.

  • I'm down 4 in the past 2 weeks. About 3 to go before I'm back to where I was before school started and the holidays. Drew and I are both trying to be better. We're actually making the time to workout a priority and that seems to be helping a lot. We're planning to go to Vegas in March, so we'll see where I am by then.
