Do you usually bring your lunch to work or go out to eat?

I bring my lunch most days; I try to go out to lunch only 2-3 times a month. The expense really adds up because it's hard to get lunch for less than $10 downtown and I should be more money-wise. Often I will get home in the evening and cook something for the next day's lunch. Last night it was double-purpose because my daughter was home for dinner and had the meal, and I packed my lunch while she was eating. Score!

It use to be 50/50. But now that I'm using my lunch hour to go to the gym, I'm bringing it way more.
