You should make this for your next pasta night

Linky

This was DELICIOUS. I do have to say that I doubled the lemon content (2 lemons both juice and zest) upped the garlic and added a bit more butter. Oh and I added just a pinch of sugar just to take the bite away from all the lemon/sour cream.

I didn't bake it, I just made the pasta and then tossed it on top.

DH and I both loved it!

  • That sounds pretty good. Thanks for the rec!

ETA: I bet it would also go great with some grilled chicken.

  • I've made a similar dish out of my Betty Crocker Healthy New Recipes cookbook. It's really good and SO easy.

  • THat does sound yummy! I'm always looking for a pasta that isn't just a tomato sauce.
  • I've made this several times, baked and just tossed. I also double or triple the lemon and cut back on the butter! Its really good with grilled chicken!
