D - beef stew that's been simmering in the crockpot all day
dessert - might have something tonight!! not sure what yet.

First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...

Sn - half an apple with pb and marshmallow fluff
D - pasta, kiwi
LNS - 4 bagel bites, some lemongrass beef with rice noodles (Hubs is cooking it up right now)]
E - jogged a mile!

pre-workout: 1/2 a kind bar
e: failed attempt at lifting that resulted in a fat lip and a light black eye
b: toast and scrambled egg
s: 1 oz. cheese, carrots and pear
l: baked sweet potato, spaghetti squash, and hb egg

d: the dinner we planned didn't work out so we went to Village Inn and I had the California Skillet which was meh and a piece of pie which was also meh. I wish I hadn't wasted the calories.
