  We are too busy and don't really have anyone to watch the kids, so doubt we'll do much.  Honestly we never go out to eat on Vday anyway since a lot of the nice places are crowded.  We do small gifts if there is something fitting, we don't spend just to spend.  I usually do something nice involving the family, like frame family photos or have a nice pic of the girls taken and then get it framed for DH to take to work.

  I doubt we'll do anything ON Valentine's day like go out since it's a Monday but we were talking about going out the weekend before.  We want to see the Adam Sandler/Jennifer Aniston movie and we'll probably go somewhere for dinner too.

  We are not big on the holiday either. DH's bday is 2/10 so we will celebrate that. I am also surprising him with a trip to Watkins Glen for his bday so that will delete ANY gift! We usually make each other cards for all occasions so I imagine we will do that as well.

  We typically don't go too crazy for V-day. If anything, I'll make a nice dinner the Saturday night before after Ian is in bed.

  We always make dinner at home and have a bottle of nice wine. I think we actually have a bottle left from our wedding so we'll probably drink that this year.

  we don't have any real plans for Valentine's day but on the Sat before we are going to the "Fur Ball", which is a semi formal fund raiser for the local SPCA. I'm kinda excited about it. It's fun to get dressed up once in a while

  We usually go on vacation around that time in February when my school break is so we typically don't do anything.  This year there is an SU basketball game so maybe we will have some extra special pizza beforehand.  Mind you, we usually get pizza before/after the game.

  They do a renewal of your wedding vows at our church, which we may do some year, but probably not this year.  Probably cook something nice for dinner.  We are going on our Babymoon a couple weeks later, so we kind of said that would be our V-day gift to one another.  Cards are a definite!

  I love this holiday! Yes, the hopeless romantic in me.

  We are going to dinner on Saturday night, but then will cook at home on Monday the 14th. We might see a movie over the weekend too!

  Not much on actual V day since its a Monday and I have to teach that night.  But, DH offered to make me dinner the weekend before and we will have a "living room picnic" by the fire.

  I've done that before with chocolate covered strawberries and stuff.  It was a lot of fun!
