Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

E/E - Feb. 3

B - Wheat bagel w/ butter, french vanilla coffee

L - Small green salad, slice of chicken/broccoli pizza, water

D - Will be pancakes and fruit salad, I think - I have a meeting tonight and need something quick.  EDIT:  Got Subway on the way home...I had turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, peppers, cucumbers and some pizza flavored Doritos.

E - 8 flights of stairs a few times, and probably 30DS when I get home later

    Dinner? Supposed to be leftovers but we ate them all with DH working from home tues and wed. I am baking a loaf of pumpkin bread right now so maybe omelettes, bread and fruit. We will see. Might go see Grandpa tonight instead of cooking.

    d: baked chicken, quinoa and roasted broccoli.

    S:  Banana

    L:  potato and yogurt

    D:  I think I might be meeting some friends for dinner at a salad place so a big yummy salad or I will be going home and having salmon again... boring !

    E:  Stairs a couple times at work, gonna walk the Millenia mall tonight, and then plan on running on the treadmill when I get home
