My friend just asked me if he looked like Steve McQueen. Then, I totally had the Magnificent Seven theme song in my head.
I was thinking of all the theme songs growing up that I loved.

seeing as how I randomly break into song singing the Gummi Bears theme song, I'd better say that. Another childhood favorite was the Smurfs theme.
We always sing along to the HIMYM theme.
Also, these days it's Big Bang Theory. Ellie always dances to it.

That's the first that came to mind, after reading the Diffrent Strokes one. But I think the best theme music ever is a tie between Jaws and Star Wars. I think the former wins for me, because I hear that "dunh-dunh" anytime I set foot in the ocean. Damn you, John Williams, Steven Spielberg and Peter Benchley. You all suck.
I can't help nodding my head to either side repeatedly during the BBT theme song. It's compulsive, I can't NOT do it!
Cheers and the Friends theme make me think of my mom. DH's ringtone is Indiana Jones, lol. When I was little my friend and I made up a dance to the Happy Days theme. Sunday, Monday, Happy Days...Tuesday, Wednesday...
ETA: MARIO. MARIO IS MY FAVORITE THEME SONG OF ANYTHING EVER.
It's a tie between Indiana Jones and Ghostbusters.
I also like the theme from the Golden Girls & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

lol a few months ago my entire family (like 20 people) went out for dinner at this German restaurant that has an accordian player who often asks for requests. So my cousin's stepdaughter (age 4) says "Green Acres!" My uncle, this very grumpy, gruff guy that usually can't stand family events, who'd already had half of a 2 liter beer, starts singing the words along with the accordian, doing Eva Gabor's part in falsetto. And he did it perfectly. We all almost peed our pants laughing.
Now I always think of that when people mention Green Acres.
OMG! This takes me back! :-) Love Fresh Prince too.
My first thought was Weeds. "And they're all made out of ticky tacky and they all look just the same." I love that they did all of the different versions of it, too. The rap one was the best!
