So, where I work there is one restroom (one toilet) for about 25 women and one for about 5 guys. There are a few women that are bathrooms lurkers... that when they see that someone is in the bathroom, stand outside the door and WAIT! It's not that big of an office, so why can't they just walk back to their desk and wait five minutes and come back? What if someone is having digestive issues? How long will they wait?
Lately, I just walk across the building to where there are TWO bathrooms with 10+ stalls each.

Re: Bathroom lurkers
We have a similar situation, except no other bathroom options
I get so annoyed when people are standing there and staring at you as you're walking out. I get angry though when I hear a guy has been in our bathroom!
People are just weird.
