Re: List your Superbowl Menu Here...

  • Our Menu:

    Veggie Tray w/ Dip

Dump Dip (?) - found it in our company cookbook we made this year

    Home-made Tortilla Chips

Scritzenbrugen - Kielbasa & Kraut w/ carmelized onions

Smoked Eggs - I'm suprising Jeff w/ these as it was his Grandma's recipe

    Wings

    Cheese Soup

    Party Cheese Ball

Then a friend is bringing Taco Dip

Another friend's mom is Eileen of Eileen's Cookies (starting to become a national chain), so he is thinking of something funny we can put on the giant cookie to just erk Jeff enough, but still have him like it.

  • We are making cheesie ground beef dip, and bringing store bought tortilla chips, no home made ones here  :)

  • Thanks for all your responses in the other post! I think I've landed on meatballs and bbq chicken sandwiches. I'll also serve chips & dip, crab dip, and some other appetizery things I'll pick up at the supermarket. I'll probably also make some brownies for dessert. I'm only having 6-8 people so don't want to go overboard.

  • Sorry I'm such a late poster!

We're going to a friends house but since they're all single guys, I usually end up doing all the cooking! I'm bringing buffalo chicken dip and kilbasa in sauce! And maybe I'll bring some sort of dessert...

  • No party, we're just watching the game over my parents' house.  And since the Steelers are in it, my cousins will be coming over as well.  Pizza from Happy's and a home made salad, plus chips, pretzels and cocktails!
