Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I frequent the H&F board and saw you were starting up the C25k program - how is it going so far? Did you sign up for a 5k!?

Yeah, I just started. Yesterday was workout #2 for me. I'm excited about being able to do a 5K.
I haven't signed up for one yet, still need to do research on the closest one.
Another pseudo blonde moment for me: I went "OMG 25k! That's a lot!" *pause* "Oooooooh"

Deb, if you run a 5k somewhere in the SJ area let me know. I'm trying to sign up for some more 5k's.
Kaz, I think I'm doing one on Mother's Day in Watsonville. It is to support The Pajaro Valley Shelter Services. I thought it would be great to do this run in support of homeless families.
oooohhh! That sounds like fun and for a good cause. Too bad I think my mom may kill me if I miss Mothers Day. This will be the first mother's day that my mom has both my sister and I here in like 10 years.
