  I had a dentist appt today but I called to cancel.  H went to work, but I am scared to get the kids out in this.

  DH's company is closed so he's off, but he did get out today---him and his friend went to "hunt critters" (how redneck are we?).  

  I'm doing laundry and washing a ton of dishes, still no hot water in the kitchen so hello hand washing!  I need to grade the huge stack of papers I brought home with me but...yeah, we'll see about that

  I'm home again today. We are getting pretty stir crazy. I just don't trust the roads yet. DH is supposed to be driving from Tulsa tomorrow. I really hope he can make it home. I think the ILs are going to pick up M and I later so we can get out of house for awhile.

  I've baked and baked! I can't get out of my driveway. If I could I wouldn't be able to get out of my street without getting stuck. They haven't plowed yet BUT they have plowed the main roads. Bummer. Have fun baking.

  Will someone bring me some baked goods?  I did an Oreo pie but that was gone in a DAY.  Now I'm too lazy to go back to the grocery store, and I'm craving some cookies and brownies. 

  The roads still aren't very drivable.  I about had a guy hit me head on today because he was hauling a$$ in the middle of the road.  There's just not enough cleared for people to get around comfortably.  If I didn't have a derm appt today I wouldn't have gotten out myself--and I definitely wouldn't get kids out.  No sense in chancing it.   The highway was pretty clear, though.

  Yes let me borrow the Sexpidition so I can get out of my driveway. Then I will bring you baked goods a plenty! Not baking but here is what I did today: Roast with carrots, onions, and potatoes, chicken and noodles, chicken and dumplins, spinach dip, pizza, 4 different kinds of bread, spaghetti squash, chicken pot pie. All homemade. Tomorrow I conquer sweets. I'm going to experiment with a smores cheesecake.
