Do you cook dinner every night or does your husband or do you just grab whatever? How often do you go out during the week for dinner?

Generally I cook 4 nights a week because I'm home, two nights I work and DH is one his own (I brown bag), and DH usually has something he wants to make once a week.

DH cooks dinner every night - he loves cooking & everything culinary related... he claims that cooking after work is how he unwinds. I cook on the evenings that he's running late so that he's not starving when he gets home. His cooking is much, MUCH better than mine.
We eat out mainly on the weekends.

DH cooks M-Th, but I do the meal planning. With me working 10 hour days and then going to yoga, it's often 745 when I get home. So if I plan it, he'll cook it. Usually every other week or so on Thursdays we'll decide to do takeout that I pick up after class.
Fridays and Sundays are my cooking days. Since I'm off on Friday I'll try and make something a bit nicer than normal. Sundays I usually make a bigger meal so Monday can be leftovers.
Saturdays we eat out.

One of us cooks, as long as both of us are home. And then about twice a week we'll order pizza or go out for dinner, cause we're lazy. When dh is working I'll eat leftovers, cereal, bagels, or cook up some pasta.
The cooker depends on what's being made... or who's feeling the least lazy.

We cook 2-3 meals a week, and 90% of the time each meal is enough for two meals (tacos, meatloaf, turkey burgers, chicken, etc.). Then we fill in the other days with either single-night meals (pierogies, Bobolis, breakfast for dinner, etc) or grabbing take out/eating out.
Most of the time Darren has started cooking when I come home and then we cook together. Back when I used to go to the gym :-/ Darren would usually have dinner ready when I got home.
