OW

Ow.

That's all I can say. I did Day 1 of the 30-day Shred for the first time in months. I can't wait till this snow goes away and I can go for walks again!

Re: OW

  • Good for you!  I feel guilty for not doing that since July.  My DVD got scratched in one of our moves so it won't work, but still.

  • YAY for 30 day shred! It's actually a great workout for being 20 minutes. I just finished month 1 of P90X and have been sore every day for 28 days lol. My abs are looking awesome though :)

    I don't think I've ever seen my abs - maybe I don't have them!

haha I'm still digging mine out from under the Thanksgiving belly. Slowly the abs emerge!

  • I'm with Nor, I don't think I have these abs you speak of. And how many Thanksgivings do I have to dig them out from under before I see them?

For me, the answer to this depends largely upon when children begin eating solid foods. I'm thinking I have AT LEAST 25 Thanksgivings to work my way though. Crap, I'd better get started.
