AWing my Valentine decor/crafts.

Ruffled felt heart wreath I made last year.
Paper rose wreath I made last month.

Not sure what to write on the chalkboard yet... I made the branch swag, and doily runner.
I used paper doilies from the dollar tree, and used photo squares to attach them together. The felted hears are also from the dollar tree I bought a few years ago (they are still being sold as picks, I just broke those off). The milk glass compote I got at an antique mall this past weekend, It was only $1 AND 30% off that!
WDYT?
Re: AWing my Valentine decor/crafts.
looks great!
I wish my projects turned out as nicely as yours do!
Awww, thanks ladies
Tutorials are in my blog. Warning though- the white paper rose wreath takes a while, and after rolling the paper, pinch the end and hot glue it to keep the swirl in place. I made a bunch of these, then went on to hot glue them to the wreath form.
You girls need to post your stuff here!!! I love seeing what others create

cute! that milk glass piece was a craaazy good deal!
I started getting in the valentiney decor mood today. i did a couple of things and have a few more in mind.
I know, right?! They had a whole table filled with milk glass that were cheap and an additional 30% off. I had to restrain myself!
Can't wait to see what you make, hope you will share
I really wish that I had a knack for this kind of thing. I don't even have any desire to try, though, because I just don't have an eye for it. Like, I can look at a finished product and say, yes, I like that. But I can't see the separate pieces and put it together, you know?
All of your stuff looks so great!
(On a side note, I clearly recall one random fall Saturday, when my good friend's parents dragged us from antique store to antique store all day long in search of milk glass.)
