PW Cooking Makes Me Drool
Every time I go to her page, I see her Steak Fajita Nachos and a start drooling. Literally. Drool starts pooling in my mouth. Tragically, I do not have any of the ingredients for that recipe on hand. I'll have to put it on next week's menu.

All of them lol. Last night I made her chicken tortilla soup. So yummy!! I wanted to make the nachos for dinner, I feel guilty eatting that for dinner tho lol!
My wonderful, too-good-to-be-true stay-at-home-hubby is making her enchiladas today.
DROOL!
He is going to surprise me with either chicken enchiladas, sour cream enchiladas, or some combination of the two.
Update: DH made just the regular ones, using leftover salsa chicken. He said it took two hours to put together, but we ended up having 3 nights worth. They were absolutely DELICIOUS!! Definitely a "special" meal (who wants to spend two hours on dinner?) but worth a try!!
