Did you accomplish your work out goals this week?

What were you happiest about?

  • I totally didn't accomplish my goals. I woosed out on the gym on Sunday and Tuesday. But yesterday I kicked butt at ran 3 miles in 30 minutes. 

    My goals for next week are to actually make it to the gym for the 3 days planned. Also to try to push up my distance an additional mile.

  • Did you accomplish your work out goals this week? Yes, I started my C25K training.

    What were you happiest about? Being able to jog, even though it nearly killed me.

    What are your goals for next week? Jog at least 3 times next week and hit the gym twice for strength training.

  • I did not accomplish my workout goals for the week thanks to having to shovel my roof on Wednesday. That should be an equal or greater trade though right?

    This week I am planning on getting at least 1.5 hours of practice ice on top of my coaching, at least two yoga workouts, and at the very least 2 miles of snowshoeing of Wednesday.

  • horrible workout week for me this week :(

    monday i went for 45minutes.  tuesday i went for 45 minutes.  wednesday was a snow day and the gym was closed.  i went for a 15 minute walk int he snow and shoveled for 5 minutes and that is it.  yesterday i had appointments after work, so no gym, today is weight watchers day, so no gym.

    back on track tomorrow, i will go for an hour, and then next week i will go mon, tues, thurs, and then weekend all for at least an hour. 

  • The only workout I have done besides shoveling a gianormous amount of snow, occured today.  Today, I'm working on lifting my liter of diet coke to my mouth and back down.  So far it's going well, and I'm feeling the burn. Smile

    I'm hoping if it's nice next week I can get outside and do some long walks with our dog.  But it's supposed to be below zero a lot of the days, so we'll see how that goes.

    Just for the record: all you ladies that are out there shoveling snow, that is totally a workout. Probably more intense than some of my work outs.
