How was everyone's weekend?
Hope everyone is staying warm in this nasty cold rainy weather! Ours was good. I spent most of it in bed due to some serious back issues I've been dealing with. Had lots of takeout and DH has been taking great care of me. I'm feeling better this afternoon (knock on wood!) so I'm thinking we're going to attempt dinner at Copelands tonight. Will be nice to get out of the house!

Did you go to Copeland's? That place frustrates me. Everytime we go I think we are going to get great food...and it always comes up short. I had a horrible shrimp poboy from the one on the northshore. We order from the Bistro alot at work...and it's not that great. I have yet to understand why the Cheesecake Bakery/Bistro can't get the strawberry cheesecake right! Maybe someone else has had a better experience tho!
I have a great recommendation for sushi tho if anyone is interested. But it's in downtown Covington, which might be far for some people...
I'm not a big fan of Copeland's restaurants, but every now and then I get a craving for the crawfish ravioli from Cheesecake Bistro. So good and so worth the long wait and poor service.
I'm up for sushi anytime and like to try out new places. I'll take that recommendation even though I'm on the Westbank.

Couldn't remember the name before but we went there tonight and it, again, was excellent. It's called Yujin Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar. We love it!
