Sorry Ladies! I totally forgot!
I was up 1 lb this week. Booo! It's ok. Can't lose every week. I don't think I will do much better this week. I had a giant Sangria at applebees on Friday and I have no idea how many points it was.
What's your fav superbowl snack?
I am a sucker for loaded nachos and wings! I won't be having either of thise today?
What healthyfood have you discovered you really like since startign ww?
Mine is not a food,but a drink. I am obsessed with V8 and I haven't gotten sick since I started drinking it so I am convinced that it is boosting my immune system.

I was down 1.6 this week. We're kind of having a "free day" because of the superbowl. We're having baked wings, but the sauce isn't going to be too healthy. Good thing we have weekly points plus I've been working out more so I get activity points too.
I can't think of a different food we've tried since being on WW that's healthy that I didn't already like. Maybe beans, not green beans...I loved those before, but like beans in chili and stuff like that.
In case you didn't know I am not doing ww. Rather I am just eating healthier and trying to do some working out. My lunches consist of the new healthy choice pasta dishes. They are really good! Well some of them are anyways. I also am enjoying the special k strawberry bars.
My weigh in will be a little off due to some bloating...between yesterday and now I have magically gained 4 pounds. If I go by yesterday morning I lost half a pound.
