Palin - Proud to be a redneck
?Someone called me a ?redneck woman? once. You know what I said back? ?Thank you very much!??
And she is now playing Gretchen Wilson's "redneck Woman" at her rallies.
Now I get that for some people "redneck" is somehow a source of pride and that it isnt always deragatory, but it still seems to be something odd for a VP candidate to be proud of, dont you think? Esp. since the dictionary defines it as:
red?neck

n. Offensive Slang
1. Used as a disparaging term for a member of the white rural laboring class, especially in the southern United States.
2. A white person regarded as having a provincial, conservative, often bigoted attitude.
I heard this quote while listening to the radio at lunch and had to get your opinions

Re: Palin - Proud to be a redneck
Eww, that's gross.
"Thanks for calling me a bigot!" Further proof that she's 100% clueless.
I have NO idea....the nest did it, I swear LOL
Not something I would be proud of,not something I want as VP.
I retaliate when people me a redneck because of my love of College Football and my enjoyment of NASCAR and camping
