My Monster Truck Show Experience
Ok, so I survived Saturday night. In fact, I might even say I had fun. I would say that I had a superb time, however the constant rain and drizzle that I sat in for 3 hours wasn't fun. I did have a rain jacket on, but still managed to get fairly soaked. However even with the rain, I was determined to have a good time and I did.
The trucks are huge! And it's amazing to watch them driving around, jumping over things, and crashing! I think the rain definitely caused it to be slippery on the field, but it was fun. Didn't see many mullets (because everyone was wearing ponchos and other assorted rain gear), but did see a lot of camouflage and dipping/chewing. The guys in front of us were continually putting their Redman and Copenhagen in.
Anyway, my nephew and H had a great time. I would even go again next year!
