Re: Happy Monday
I am soo tired today (and I'm sure I'm not the only one). Saturday night when went out with our neighbors and behaved like a bunch of 21 year old college kids, so we all felt it a lot on Sunday. We barely managed to stay awake for the super bowl. I did, however, get the laundry done and the house cleaned so yay for that.
Now I'm on my way out to lunch with my friend for SALADS so I can feel a little better about the damage I did to my diet this weekend!
Good Morning Ladies!
This weekend was very relaxing. Due to bad weather here in Houston (had an ice storm), we ended up with a three day weekend (people here do not know how to drive in ice, snow, or even rain for that matter). We spent most of the weekend doing things around the house.
Hope everyone has a good week! We are sending out our Valentine's cards this week that are announcing the pregnancy. I am becoming very nervous about this. There were a lot of questions last night at our super bowl party that we both had to avoid.
The Packers won the SB! It can't get any better than that!

Our weekend was good. Saturday was SILs 21st birthday party so we had a good time there. Sunday we hosted a Superbowl party. We busted some butt getting everything ready, but it was fun. Of course the Packers winning was a great end to the weekend.
Now I am not feeling so good. I woke up with a sore throat and earache/clogged ears. Hopefully some hot tea will help.
My weekend was good...nice and low key! Friday night DH & I went for dinner and to the mall so I could spend my gift cards. Saturday I went to my parents for a bit and then DH & I went for dinner with my brother and his gf. Yesterday I went grocery shopping and we went to a superbowl party.

April Nesties March siggy challenge: Next Vacation, Anguilla!!
Hi Everyone!
We had a great weekend. Saturday started off with a meeting with a mortgage broker, to see where we are in relation to being able to buy a house (he said we should be good to go by this summer!!!). Then Saturday night we went to the beer festival in Secaucus, with my brother and two of our best friends and we had an incredible time! I am not a beer drinker really, but I put that aside and was willing to try anything.
Sunday we went to Ihop which is always increible (um hello all you can eat pancakes!), and like Jim Gaffigan said, you never really feel like hopping when you leave there. Last night we went out to a bar/restaurant with my family and some friends and watched the game. I got pretty intoxicated, but it was a really good time...which I am paying for today!
Hey Ladies! Spent the better part of the weekend fighting a bug, but it was still a good weekend...and the best part? The Steelers lost the SB!!!! I am content :-))
Weekend was ok. We got hit with another 5" of friggin' snow on Saturday that nobody saw coming. It was a you-know-what to drive in, worse than after our storm on Wednesday. Took Amanda to my friend's daughter's Bday party then we all had dinner over my parents' and visited.
Bummed my team lost the Super Bowl, but even more bummed that Mike and I were 2 minutes away from winning squares in the 2nd quarter. Thanks Steelers, you just HAD to score with 2 minutes left....and deny us $350. Oh well...when it comes to winning money I'm always a bridesmaid!
My weekend was good. Friday night I made a romantic dinner - filet mignon, roasted potatoes, petite syrah, and lit candles. Saturday we ran a bunch of errands to get stuff for the SB, and Saturday watched the Social Network (good flick).
We had some friends over yesterday to watch the Superbowl, so I spent a chunk of the day getting stuff ready. We all love football and were rooting for the Packers, so it was a fun time.
Woke up at the crack of dawn this morning to fly to Houston on a business trip. Fun.

We had a good weekend. Spent Friday night and all day Saturday cleaning the house from top to bottom! Ugh! It needed it SO bad. Then Saturday night I made all of the "cold" appetizers for the party Sunday. Sunday morning I finished cleaning and spent most the day cooking stuff for the party. Started drinking at 2:30 (ouch!), then after the game we went to another friend's party, but I was sobered up by the time we left (2:30...am). Jeff and I both had put in for a vacation day yesterday, and I am SO glad we did!!!
Words cannot describe how excited that poor boy was! Any of you that are on my Facebook...the pictures say it well enough! Haha!
