  • Well, how was the week/end for you?  The week was good, I behaved on the weekend, I cooked dinner every night except for Saturday night, we went out.  But I brought my lunch to work every day and cooked dinner every night - that helps me alot to control what I'm eating.

    Was the Superbowl feast brutal?  Not too much - we didn't go to a party - we just had my parents over.  We had a big dinner, but I stayed within points.  I just had a little cake and some cookies that put me over for the week.     If you "fell off the wagon", how are you planning to get on track? I used alot of my "extra" points already for the week, so my goal is to stay within my 29 daily points every day this week!
    Any weight loss to report? I'm down a total of 7.6 lbs since 12/26!  My clothes are starting to feel really big on me!!
  • Ohhhh guys I did not do a good job this weekend. I was hosting an event at the courthouse Friday and Saturday so basically all I ate was a bunch of carbs (bagels, sandwiches) and bad for you snacks like chips and cookies. Super Bowl didn't help w/ pizza, brats, etc. Not to mention the beer. Ugh!!!

    Back on track today although I have a few lunch meetings this week which I always get the best thing on the menu that I can, however it's still not as good as packing my lunch. I can't WAIT to go to the gym tonight!

  • Well, how was the week/end for you? I did alright....splurged a little Friday & Saturday night's at dinner...but not overly.

    Was the Superbowl feast brutal? No! I didn't eat much during the day in prep for the party....and I made a WW chicken buffalo dip recipe so I knew I could at least eat that. I stayed away from the desserts and snacked :)

    Any weight loss to report? I weighed in on Wednesday at my meeting and I was down 3.5 lbs (that was for 2 weeks...we missed a meeting due to snow)

    I heart that website!!! I made her Skinny Buffalo Chicken dip for the SB party yesterday and everyone loved it. Last weekend I made her Chicken Taco Chili and it was ah-mazing!

    This past week has been amazing because DH has been out of town SO it has been tons of gym time and very good for me foods that DH doesn't like.

     Sooo I've lost another pound and only 10 pounds away from my goal! Woop!

  • I did actually pretty good this weekend. I didn't sit down (besides sleeping, of course) from Friday at 5 pm until Sunday at about 5:30 pm with all of the cleaning and the cooking. Also, with me staying that busy, I seriously forgot to eat on Friday night, then Saturday I managed to get a bowl of Cheerios in, so by Sunday I was starved, but really didn't eat that much at all. I was suprised with myself. Went and worked out yesterday afternoon for only 30 minutes of cardio, cause I had hurt my ankle a week or so ago, and I didn't know how it was going to take it, and I had a volleyball game last night, so I didn't want to push myself too hard and not be able to play. Then our game last about an hour, so got a lot more time in there. Jeff is going to an Avenged Sevenfold concert tonight with a buddy, so I will go workout after work, then ride the exercise bike at home while I catch up on all of my DVR (Bachelor, House, Biggest Loser & Parenthood by the end of the night!).

  • Well, how was the week/end for you?  Okay.  I was on my feet most of the day Saturday and Sunday.  Haven't had a chance to workout really.  Between the Sueprbowl party and prepping for a baby shower at my house this coming weekend it's been CRAZY!

    Was the Superbowl feast brutal?  Not too bad but not great either.  I'm glad that's over!

    If you "fell off the wagon", how are you planning to get on track?  Eat healthy throughout the week and minimize on Saturday at the baby shower.

    Any weight loss to report? Not really.  Since I haven't been working out like I need to, I think I gained a pound or two :(
