Just got the nastiest email...
from a parent of a former student. Not even a kid I have anymore. I don't want to write any details, but basically I was told that I didn't teach anything last year and that I need to reconsider how I do things.
Well, thanks for that, awesome way to end my Monday.

Ugh! Sorry that happened to you. I think it's total chicken sh!t for a former parent to contact you MID-YEAR. If they had been paying attention and really had concerns, they should have addressed them back when the student was in your class.
They don't know what they're talking about. Hope this doesn't get your evening down too much.

What a witch. If she really cared she should have contacted you during the first half of the year her kid was in your class and not a year later. Like ringy said, I hope this doesn't get you down too much.

I just got a chance to read this and I just want to say I HATE parents like this. I'm like no I'm not here to do what you tell me to do. I'm going to do my job, and you do yours. Ugh.
For the record I bet you're an amazing teacher
I'd be tempted to forward it on to her kid's teachers this year with a note.
But seriously, she's sucky.
